This website is operated by Creative Choice Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TACS. By using this site, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on the website.
All products displayed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and other available regional payment gateways.
Depending on the delivery destination, import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or other local charges may apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Note: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their local government.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities on any order for any reason.
Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Engraved orders require approximately 3–5 additional business days for personalization before dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, public holidays, carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and responding promptly to any courier or customs requests regarding payment, information or customs clearance.
Shipments that are refused, left unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid import duties or taxes, incomplete customs clearance, missing information, or failure to respond to the courier will be handled in accordance with our Shipping Information and Return & Refund Policy. Any applicable costs incurred as a result of such a return may be deducted from any eligible refund where permitted by law.
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order and are subject to the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom-engraved or personalized products, as well as sale, discounted or Final Sale items, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights where an item is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied, or where a return or refund is required by applicable law.
Refused, unclaimed or customs-returned shipments are not treated as standard voluntary returns or cancellations. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
All watches come with a 24-month international warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear is not covered.
TACS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
All content, images, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of TACS and may not be used without permission.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
