Warranty Coverage

Your TACS watch is covered by a 24-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only with proof of purchase.

What is Covered

  • Defects in movement or manufacturing

  • Hands or dial malfunction due to factory fault

What is Not Covered

  • Scratches, dents, or cosmetic wear on case or glass
  • Strap, buckle, or bracelet wear and tear
  • Water damage from misuse or exposure beyond resistance rating
  • Accidental damage, shock, or misuse
  • Modifications or unauthorized repairs

How to Request Warranty Service

  1.  Email contactus@tacs-image.com with your order number and issue
  2. Attach photos or videos if possible
  3. Wait for confirmation and shipping instructions
  4. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless confirmed as manufacturer defect
